Grant Reporting
Narrative and Financial Report Instructions
Please reference your grant agreement or contact your program officer if you have any questions around reporting requirements for current grants.
Report Submission
Grantee Narrative and Financial Reports should be submitted online through our grantee portal.
Please complete and submit the Narrative Report (Interim or Final) online.
Please also complete a separate Financial Report for each grant report and upload as an attachment to the Interim or Final Narrative Report on the portal. For multi-year grants: you will use one Financial Report form for all reporting periods of a grant. (See Financial Report form below.)
Accessing the Portal
If you have an existing portal account connected to your organization, you have access to your organization’s grants and grantee reports. If you do not have a portal account and need access, or a different person at your organization needs access, create a portal account by clicking the “New User?” link on the login page, and email support@collegefutures.org to request access to the organization’s grantee records.
The report contact for the grant will receive automated email reminders about upcoming or overdue reports. If the report contact for your grant changes, please notify us.
If you have any questions about completing or submitting your grant reports, contact support@collegefutures.org. Emails sent to support@collegefutures.org will be reviewed by our Grants Administration team weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
